after the customer’s order payment is successfully verified, our professional warehouse will start standardized order processing procedures, including order information review, product quality re-inspection, structural stability test, accessory sorting, professional shockproof and pressure-resistant reinforced packaging, and logistics carrier handover. the conventional processing cycle is 3 to 7 working days, excluding weekends, us official holidays and warehouse maintenance periods. during summer promotion peaks and new product launch periods, the order volume increases sharply, and the processing time may be appropriately extended. we will process orders strictly in the order of payment time to ensure fair delivery for all customers.
after the goods are delivered to the logistics carrier, the international delivery time is affected by the destination country, local customs efficiency, regional logistics operation status, weather environment and seasonal transportation pressure. the estimated delivery time is 6 to 15 working days, which is for reference only and cannot be regarded as a guaranteed delivery date. cross-border logistics is inevitably affected by uncontrollable factors such as customs random inspection, port congestion, local postal delay and extreme weather, and all resulting delays are not within our liability scope.
after the goods are shipped, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and official query link to the customer’s reserved email. customers need to note that the carrier usually takes 24 to 48 hours to complete parcel scanning and system update. during international transshipment, tracking information may be temporarily suspended, which is a normal phenomenon of cross-border transportation and does not mean parcel loss.
customers must carefully check the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address before placing an order, including street address, apartment unit, postal code, city and country. for parcels that cannot be delivered normally, returned to the warehouse or lost due to wrong customer address information and incomplete filling, we will not bear the loss and reshipping costs. if the tracking shows delivered but the customer has not received the package, please check with neighbors, community front desk and local post office first, and then contact our customer service team for investigation and processing.
all international parcels may be inspected by local customs. any import duties, customs taxes and brokerage fees generated during customs clearance shall be borne by the customer. we cannot control the customs policies and inspection standards of various countries, and all customs-related costs and clearance delays are beyond our control scope. customers are recommended to understand local import tariff policies and customs regulations before placing cross-border orders.
we select high-quality and stable international logistics carriers according to regional characteristics to ensure the safe transportation of heavy-duty and bulky pet equipment such as large dog beds and reinforced dog crates. we reserve the right to adjust carriers and suspend shipping services to regions with long-term logistics paralysis, frequent parcel loss and policy restrictions. if the customer’s region cannot be delivered normally, we will notify the customer in time and provide full refund protection.
